How do I add those special characters to my Pogo profile?
On your computer desktop, you would click on: Start>All programs>Accessories>System tools>Character Map. Double click the character you wish to use and click on copy. Now you can paste that character in your profile.
How do I show my mini with the lights around it in chat?
If you have a mini with an animated background, your mini with the lights around it will automatically show in chat.
How do I clear my java cache?
To clear your java cache, follow these steps. Click on start>settings>control panel. Click on the java icon. Under the temporary internet files, click on settings. Click on delete files. Make sure applications and applets are checked. Click ok. Close java and the control panel. Close the browser. Open a new browser and go to Pogo.com and you should be able to play the game.
How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?
For firefox, click on the top of the browser where it says tools. Click on clear private data. Put a checkmark besides cache and cookies and click on clear private data now.
For internet explorer, click on the top of the browser where it says tools. Click on internet options. Click on delete cookies and delete files to clear your cookies and cache files.
